Yesterday Randy Wood and I photographed the finals of the Citi Tennis Tournament. I have never seen pro tennis live and up close and it was amazing. There is so much power in the serves and such suspense in the outcome. The match we shot was the final between Shahar Peer of Israel and Nadia Petrova of Russia. Nadia won in the end but much of the match was quite close. I was amazed at their stamina in the 100 plus degree heat that almost took me down.
I am a guest this week of one of my clients, Design Cuisine, at the Legg Mason tournament. I will watch with a new found appreciation of the game.
